AN INSIDE LOOK
VOGUE.COM : CHANEL DROR & ERIC TARLO’S WEDDING AT A CHATEAU
Amir Taghi designed my custom cape, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the outcome. While I had an idea of what I wanted, he encouraged me to go crazy with the length, add bows in the front, and a box pleat down the back.

Amir Taghi is one busy guy. All while attending Episcopal High School.

You may recognize Amir Taghi from the Tootsies racks, where he sold his eponymous collection while still in high school at Episcopal. But now at 22 years old, with degrees from Central Saint Martins and Parsons in hand, and internships at top fashion houses under his belt, Taghi is prepared to take his label light-years beyond the Loop.
AMIR TAGHI TAKES THE WEBSTER
On Thursday evening, a refreshing departure from the Webster's usual suspects filed in for some holiday retail therapy. Houston's own Amir Taghi showcased light and bright looks from his latest collection as part of a special trunk show.
THE SPRING SUMMER 2019 COLLECTION
The collection really started when I began looking at my Persian Heritage––looking to the past when Iran was in its golden age. I referenced two periods specifically, focusing on the time during the ruling of the Qajar Dynasty and then the Pahlavi Dynasty.
